Ngan Dinh is “Restaurant of the Year”

Ngan Dinh Chinese Restaurant is proud to be the recent recipient of the “Restaurant of the Year – Vietnam” award from the Tourism Alliance Awards 2011. Receiving this award shows Ngan Dinh’s dedication to providing the best Cantonese and Vietnamese cuisine in the country.

On 13 September 2011, Stephen Warren, Windsor Plaza Hotel manager, accepted the award on behalf of the chefs and staff at Ngan Dinh Chinese Restaurant. The continued support of all staff members made this prestigious award possible.

Ngan Dinh is particularly proud of its in-house chefs. Featured on “Admiral’s Feast”, Chef Yu Zhi Da’s healthy and succulent Giant Grouper dishes satisfied host Chef Chee and the visiting cuisine professionals from TVB, Hong Kong’s largest TV network.
